Whoa! How did it get to be October already? Oh yeah, time marches on. I think that’s why establishing good habits are important. They carry you into the future whether for good or bad.
My wins so far are: much better eating habits in general and I am much more aware when I do cheat. I have firmly established getting exercise on 3 days a week and feel that getting in a couple more days and/or incorporating more variety into the workout will happen. This week I did yoga with the little girls after my strength training. It was fun for us all.
